IFC's Premier Web Based Pest Management Tracking Service
|
IFC is continuously pursuing
the latest advancements in Integrated Pest Management technology. Our most
recent IPM tool addition, a pest and rodent control tracking system, utilizes
laser scanners, bar codes and specifically designed software to collect and
report comprehensive data on pest activity and service work performed at a
location. The ProTrak
Service makes IFC the ideal service provider choice for your facility..
Our electronic system tracks pest and service activity by means
of a bar code label that is attached to plant locations and individual pest
management devices. Service personnel scan the bar codes with a portable scanner,
answer specific questions for devices and areas (Operational Y/N?, Activity
Y/N?, Bait Replaced Y/N?, etc.)
This data is then compiled
into comprehensive real time reports, diagrams and comparison graphs which
can be used to track pest activity, analyze problems and implement corrective
solutions.
As a value added enhancement
to our Contract Service (see below), the ProTrak
system allows you and IFC to quickly and easily monitor,
track and report pest activity and trends at your facility. This comprehensive
information, stored in a digital format, is a powerful tool in helping you
understand pest activity and for maintaining high audit scores.
IFC's ProTrak
service allows you and IFC to quickly and easily monitor, track and report
pest activity within your facility.

A successful IPM program requires a commitment from both IFC and the customer.
By definition, IPM is the implementation of the best available options to
control pests. The tools brought to you by IFC are specifically trained labor,
equipment, and materials to control and prevent pests. The most important
tool IFC brings to you is our expertise. Knowledge of pests in food
plants, their habits and the laws surrounding pest management issues, is one
of IFC's major assets. The customer controls the physical environment in which
the pests are prone to inhabit and the customer's active participation is
an essential element to a successful IPM program.
IFC
TECHNICIAN TRAINING
The main focus in all IFC's training is protecting health/safety and reducing
risk. Compliance with labels and labeling, as well as implementing the safest
and most effective methods, are the main components of IFC's integrated pest
management program. For IFC personnel, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for the Company have been designed to supplement legal requirements and add
additional precautions, based on our many years of industry experience. These
procedures are implemented during our employee training programs and reviewed
during territory and regional safety meetings.
IFC conducts its own comprehensive in-house training of all personnel on applicable
Federal, State, local regulations concerning EPA, OSHA, DOT, FDA and USDA.
Additionally, IFC personnel are required to attend state training programs.
