This training can be specific to one type of food product or food operation, or more general concerning the essentials that assure good food protection. We offer several training options. FISA educational programs focus on Industrial Sanitation, Food Protection, Pest Management and Good Manufacturing Practices. The subjects include but are not limited to:

Food Industry Pest Management Seminar September 26, 2019 – Hilton Kansas City Airport, Kansas City, Missouri
Pest prevention and innovative IPM strategies are key for today’s demanding food industry environment. On September 26, 2019, IFC will be hosting our annual Food Industry Pest Management Seminar at the Hilton Kansas City Airport in Kansas City, Missouri. IFC is the leading national provider of pest management and sanitation solutions exclusively to the food industry. The knowledge and expertise we have gained comes from working directly with the food and commodity industries for over 80 years. This one day seminar is packed with information and will focus on food safety, integrated pest management, new industry developments and innovative strategies for controlling pests in a food environment. This forum will provide a great opportunity for you to learn directly from industry experts. The Food Industry Pest Management Seminar is intended for food industry quality assurance managers, sanitation managers and staff as well as those responsible for pest management programs in a food environment. This seminar will provide pesticide applicator recertification credits for most states. The cost for this seminar is $245 for those who register prior to September 4, 2019, and $295 for registration on or after that date. The seminar will begin at 8:00 a.m. Lunch is also provided which will included a keynote speaker. The Hilton Hotel is three minutes south of KCI Airport on the northern side of Kansas City at Interstate 29 and 112th Street, exit 12.
